The Aquinas Academy Crusaders lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Ambridge Bridgers to 0 in the Crusaders league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shaler Area for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11.

With the loss, Ambridge falls to 1-6 on the year. The Bridgers host Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA) to clash with the Quakers in a WPIAL 2A 1 challenge on Monday, April 7. The Quakers go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Quaker Valley won 14-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity (Washington, PA)
