With the victory, Oak Park-River Forest advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Huskies travel to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Champions in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Champions come into the battle with a record of 1-1. Lane Tech won 17-0 in their recent league battle against Whitney Young (Chicago, IL)
The Caravan now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Rita for a battle on Saturday, April 5. Chicago Mt. Carmel will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-1.
