Illinois High School Lacrosse - Prospect overwhelms Niles Notre Dame

The Prospect Knights lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Niles Notre Dame Dons to 7 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Barrington for a Mid Suburban challenge on Monday, April 7. Prospect will clash with a Fillies/Broncos squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Fillies/Broncos record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Niles Notre Dame falls to 1-4 on the year. The Dons travel to Marist (Chicago, IL) to clash with the RedHawks in a challenge on Thursday, April 10. The RedHawks go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Marist lost 17-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)
