Alabama High School Soccer - Oneonta knocks off Cherokee County
April 3, 2025: Oneonta, AL 35121 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Oneonta Redskins soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Cherokee County Warriors.
The Redskins (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Westbrook Christian got by White Plains (Anniston, AL), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Warriors play the Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL) in a 4A Area 6 outing, on Thursday, April 10. Cherokee County will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record.
