The Girard Indians (Girard, OH) softball routed the visiting McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), 14-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Indians now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview for a Northeast Eight Athletic outing on Monday, April 7. Girard will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-6 league win over Hubbard (Hubbard, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.
