In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Herndon Hornets baseball team scored a nice 19-4 victory over the South County Stallions.

The Hornets (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Lake Braddock ran past West Potomac (Alexandria, VA), 15-4, in a league game.
