Indiana High School Baseball - Calumet New Tech loses to Hanover Central
April 4, 2023: Gary, IN 46408 The Hanover Central Wildcats crushed the host Calumet New Tech Warriors baseball team by a tally of 19-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Lake Station Edison for a Greater Southshore challenge on Thursday, April 6. Hanover Central will battle a Fighting Eagles squad coming off a 13-1 league loss to Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Fighting Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Calumet New Tech falls to 0-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Griffith (Griffith, IN) to battle the Panthers in a Greater Southshore challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Griffith won 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Whiting (Whiting, IN)
