The Shaler Area Titans crushed the host Moon Area Tigers baseball team by a count of 23-6 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Titans now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knoch for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 6. Shaler Area will face a Knights team coming off a 7-2 league win over Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA). The Knights record now stands at 2-6.

Next, the Tigers face the West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 3 bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Moon Area will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 9-3 league loss to Mars (Mars, PA).
