North Carolina High School Soccer - Liberty Christian knocks off Mount Calvary Christian Academy
April 4, 2023: Durham, NC 27705 Liberty Christian Patriots (Durham, NC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Mount Calvary Christian Academy Warriors (Hookerton, NC), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 6. Liberty Christian will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Southside Christian (Clayton, NC).
The Warriors now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Gramercy Christian for a challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Mount Calvary Christian Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 5-0 league win over Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-2.
