April 4, 2023: Andale, KS 67001 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) and the host Andale Indians (Andale, KS), witnessed Maize's softball squad tip Andale by a count of 14-7.
The Eagles now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Andover for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 4. Maize will face a Trojans squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Maize South (Wichita, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Andale moves to 5-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Circle (Towanda, KS) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league match on Monday, April 10. The Thunderbirds go into the match with a record of 2-6. Circle lost 11-7 in their recent non-league match against Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS)
