Pennsylvania High School Softball - Mapletown gets by Brownsville
April 4, 2023: Greensboro, PA 15338 The Mapletown Maples nipped the visiting Brownsville Falcons softball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Maples (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against California (Coal Center, PA). The Trojans go into the WPIAL 1A 2 battle with a 0-6 record.
The Falcons now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Seton LaSalle for a WPIAL 2A 2 battle on Wednesday, April 5. Brownsville will meet a Rebels squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to McGuffey (Claysville, PA). The Rebels record now stands at 0-4.
