Alabama High School Softball - White Plains nudges Pleasant Valley
April 4, 2023: Jacksonville, AL 36265 White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL), 7-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 14-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Piedmont for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 5. White Plains will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-7.
With the loss, Pleasant Valley falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL) to face the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 5. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 8-11. Jacksonville won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Saks (Anniston, AL)
