April 4, 2024: Gentry, AR 72734 Bentonville West Wolverines (Centerton, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Gentry Pioneers (Gentry, AR), 22-3 in a non-league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rogers for a 6A West bout on Monday, April 8.
Next, the Pioneers face the Huntsville Eagles (Huntsville, AR) in a 4A Region 1 bout, on Friday, April 5. Gentry will attempt to move on its 9-10 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 11-2 record after their 19-1 non-league win over Providence Academy (Rogers, AR).
