Penn Yan Academy Mustangs (Penn Yan, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC), 15-3 in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Topsail for a non-league battle on Friday, April 5. Penn Yan Academy will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 18-0 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 9-0.

In their next game, the Gators clash with the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a 5A Lower District 4 battle, on Monday, April 8. River Bluff will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Silver Foxes come into the battle with a 4-6 record after their 21-7 league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC).
