April 4, 2024: Solon, OH 44139 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Rocky River Pirates (Rocky River, OH) and the host Solon Comets (Solon, OH), saw Rocky River's lacrosse team top Solon by a margin of 12-0.
The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH). The Bobcats enter the Region 5 challenge with a 2-2 record.
The Comets (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Rough Riders enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Roosevelt was overwhelmed by Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 15-3, in a non-league challenge.
