Alabama High School Soccer - New Hope knocks off Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering
April 4, 2024: New Hope, AL 35760 New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering Sentinels (Huntsville, AL), 8-5 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Indians confront the St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Friday, April 5. New Hope will attempt to move on its 3-14 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Columbia (Huntsville, AL).
The Sentinels now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Madison Academy for a 1A-3A Region 8 challenge on Friday, April 5. Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 4-0 league win over Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-5.
