April 4, 2024: Clarkton, MO 63837 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the New Madrid County Central Eagles (New Madrid, MO) and the host Clarkton Reindeer (Clarkton, MO), witnessed New Madrid County Central's softball squad prevail over Clarkton by a count of 18-0.
The Eagles now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a Class 2 District 1 match on Monday, April 8. New Madrid County Central will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Puxico (Puxico, MO). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-5.
