Missouri High School Softball - Puxico loses to Dexter
April 4, 2024: Dexter, MO 63841 The Dexter Bearcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Puxico Indians to 0 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Dexter improves its record to 1-5 on the year. The Bearcats host New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO) to confront the Eagles in a Class 2 District 1 bout on Monday, April 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-3. New Madrid County Central won 18-0 in their recent non-league bout against Clarkton (Clarkton, MO)
The Indians now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Doniphan for a non-league bout on Friday, April 5. Puxico will confront a Dons squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Southern Reynolds (Ellington, MO). The Dons record now stands at 5-0.
