Alabama High School Baseball - Altamont wallops Comer
April 4, 2025: Sylacauga, AL 35150 In Friday's league game, the visiting Altamont Knights baseball team scored a nice 17-2 win over the Comer Tigers.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their game against Childersburg (Childersburg, AL). The Tigers go into the 3A Area 8 game with a 9-13 record. In their last game, Childersburg was overwhelmed by Beauregard (Opelika, AL), 10-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tigers play the Weaver Bearcats (Weaver, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 7. Comer will attempt to improve on its 2-18 season record. The Bearcats go into the game with a 9-20 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL).
