April 4, 2025: Columbus, OH 43214 The Bishop Watterson Eagles (Columbus, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Highland Fighting Scots (Marengo, OH), 7-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heath for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. Bishop Watterson will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Dublin Jerome (Dublin, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Highland drops to 1-1 on the year. The Fighting scots host Northridge (Johnstown, OH) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Northridge lost 7-1 in their recent league challenge against Newark Catholic (Newark, OH)
