The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX) and the visiting Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX), saw Seguin's baseball team gain a win over Brackenridge by a tally of 12-2.

The Matadors (14-5) will now prepare for their battle against Edison (San Antonio, TX). The Golden Bears enter the 5A Region IV District 27 battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Edison prevailed over Burbank (San Antonio, TX), 6-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Sam Houston Hurricanes (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 27 battle, on Thursday, April 10. Brackenridge will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record.
