Ohio High School Baseball - Zane Trace nips Chillicothe
April 4, 2025: Chillicothe, OH 45601 The Zane Trace Pioneers baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Chillicothe Cavaliers to 8 in the Pioneers non-league win on Friday.
The Pioneers now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adena for a Scioto Valley test on Monday, April 7. Zane Trace will play a Warriors team coming off a 16-1 non-league loss to Halifax County (South Boston, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
With the defeat, Chillicothe drops to 0-2 on the year. The Cavaliers host Unioto (Chillicothe, OH) to play the Shermans in a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. The Shermans go into the test with a record of 0-2.
