Ohio High School Baseball - Cloverleaf edges Norwayne
April 4, 2025: Creston, OH 44217 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Cloverleaf Colts (Lodi, OH) and the host Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH), witnessed Cloverleaf's baseball team knock off Norwayne by a count of 6-4.
The Colts now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Streetsboro for a challenge on Monday, April 7. Cloverleaf will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 11-1 league win over Coventry (Akron, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Norwayne drops to 1-4 on the year. The Bobcats host Northwestern (West Salem, OH) to clash with the Huskies in a Wayne County Athletic challenge on Monday, April 7. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Northwestern won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH)
