In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves baseball team scored a close 10-8 win over the Hancock Eagles.

The Red Wolves (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS go into the South Suburban - Blue game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Lemont nudged Berkeley Prep (Tampa, FL), 4-2, in a non-league game.
