Maryland High School Baseball - River Hill wallops Oakland Mills
April 4, 2025: Clarksville, MD 21029 The River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) baseball trounced the visiting Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD), 17-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poly for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. River Hill will clash with a Engineers team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Flowers (Springdale, MD). The Engineers record now stands at 5-0.
With the defeat, Oakland Mills drops to 0-2 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Howard (Ellicott City, MD) to clash with the Lions in a Howard County challenge on Monday, April 7. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Howard lost 13-3 in their recent league challenge against River Hill (Clarksville, MD)
