April 4, 2025: LaGrange, IL 60525 Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lyons improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Lions travel to Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL) to face the Caravan in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Caravan go into the test with a record of 2-2. Chicago Mt. Carmel lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL)
The Warriors now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Carmel for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. Crete-Monee will face a Golden Aces squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Brother Rice (Chicago, IL). The Golden Aces record now stands at 1-1.
