Georgia High School Soccer - Effingham County nudges South Effingham
April 4, 2025: Guyton, GA 31312 In Friday's league outing, the visiting Effingham County Rebels soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the South Effingham Mustangs.
The Rebels (5-9) will now prepare for their outing against Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Wolfpack enter the non-league outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Greenbrier tipped Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA), 10-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Savannah Arts Academy Panthers (Savannah, GA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 8. South Effingham will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 12-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Pierce County (Blackshear, GA).
