North Carolina High School Baseball - Forest Hills holds off Piedmont
April 4, 2025: Marshville, NC 28103 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) and the visiting Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC), saw Forest Hills's baseball team gain a win over Piedmont by a tally of 13-9.
The Yellow Jackets (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack enter the battle with a 7-9 record.
Next, the Panthers face the Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Piedmont will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Bearcats enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 9-2 league win over Parkwood (Monroe, NC).
