St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA), 19-1 in a league game.

With the victory, St. John's improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cadets host DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD) to play the Stags in a Washington Catholic game on Tuesday, April 8. The Stags come into the game with a record of 6-3. DeMatha won 12-9 in their recent league game against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD)

The Knights now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady of Good Counsel for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 8. Bishop O'Connell will play a Falcons team coming off a 13-6 league win over Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-3.
