April 4, 2025: Glen Burnie, MD 21060 Glen Burnie Gophers (Glen Burnie, MD) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD), 15-2 in a league game.
With the victory, Glen Burnie advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Gophers host Annapolis (Annapolis, MD) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 8. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 1-1.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northeast for a Freelance game on Tuesday, April 8. Meade will play a Eagles team coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Perryville (Perryville, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
