With the victory, Iona Prep advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Gaels travel to Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ) to encounter the Colts in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. The Colts come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Christian Brothers Academy won 12-2 in their recent non-league battle against Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ)
The Mounties now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westfield for a Fitch-Pitt battle on Tuesday, April 8. Montclair will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 11-6 league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
