New Jersey High School Lacrosse - New Egypt overwhelms Long Branch
April 4, 2025: Long Branch, NJ 07740 Fans at Friday's non-league test between the New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ) and the host Long Branch Green Wave (Long Branch, NJ), witnessed New Egypt's lacrosse squad top Long Branch by a count of 11-2.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Lacey Township thwarted Toms River North (Toms River, NJ), 9-7, in a non-league test.
Next, the Green Wave battle the St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 5. Long Branch will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Lancers enter the test with a 0-2 record after their 16-4 league loss to Brick Memorial (Brick, NJ).
