The Central York Panthers edged the visiting Mechanicsburg Wildcats softball squad by a count of 3-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 9. Central York will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 22-3 non-league win over Northeastern (Manchester, PA).
