Alabama High School Softball - Poplar Springs succumbs to Geneva County

April 4, 2025: Hartford, AL 36344

In Friday's non-league test, the Geneva County Bulldogs (Hartford, AL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Poplar Springs Atomics (Graceville, FL), by a tally of 17-7.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Eufaula Tigers (Eufaula, AL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 7. Geneva County will attempt to advance on its 11-6 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 7-15 record after their 10-5 league win over Carroll (Ozark, AL).

The Atomics (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Rocky Bayou Christian (Niceville, FL). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Rocky Bayou Christian was routed by Rutherford (Panama City, FL), 12-7, in a non-league challenge.
