April 4, 2025: Fishersville, VA 22939 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) and the visiting Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA), observed Wilson Memorial's softball team prevail over Waynesboro by a tally of 12-0.
The Green Hornets (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Riverheads (Staunton, VA). The Gladiators go into the Shenandoah bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Riverheads was routed by Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA), 9-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Little Giants clash with the Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA) in a Shenandoah bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Waynesboro will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record.
