California High School Baseball - Capuchino loses to Miramonte

Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA), 5-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Miramonte moves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Matadors host Benicia (Benicia, CA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, April 9. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 8-4. Benicia won 11-3 in their recent non-league game against Whitney (Rocklin, CA)

Next, the Mustangs play the King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) in a Peninsula - Bay game, on Wednesday, April 8. Capuchino will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Knights go into the game with a 6-5 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
