In Saturday's non-league bout, the Columbus Explorers (Miami, FL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Killian Cougars (Miami, FL), by a tally of 14-5.

Next up, the Explorers encounter the Sunset Knights (Miami, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 6. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 19-3 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 13-8 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Hialeah Educational Academy (Hialeah, FL).

The Cougars (11-10) will now prepare for their bout against Riviera Prep (Miami, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league bout with a 4-12 record. In their last bout, Riviera Prep overcame Everglades Prep Academy (Homestead, FL), 17-0, in a non-league bout.
