The Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) lacrosse triumphed over the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), 12-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Mt. Hope upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Huskies host St. Mary Academy-Bay View (East Providence, RI) to battle the Bengals in a Division 2 outing on Friday, April 8. The Bengals go into the outing with a record of 0-1.

With the defeat, Smithfield drops to 1-1 on the season. The Sentinels travel to Narragansett (Narragansett, RI) to battle the Mariners in a Division 2 outing on Thursday, April 7. The Mariners go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
