Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Enterprise Hornets (Redding, CA), 5-1 in a league test.

With the win, Shasta upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Wolves host McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 6-4. McKinleyville won 6-5 in their recent league test against Eureka (Eureka, CA)

With the defeat, Enterprise falls to 6-10 on the season. The Hornets host Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA) to battle the Cougars in a Eastern test on Tuesday, April 11. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 6-5. Foothill lost 11-0 in their recent non-league test against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA)
