New York High School Baseball - Hilton wallops Monticello
April 5, 2023: Hilton, NY 14468 Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hilton upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Cadets host North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, April 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-1. North Bullitt won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Boyd County (Ashland, KY)
With the defeat, Monticello falls to 3-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Bourbon County (Paris, KY) to battle the Colonels in a non-league test on Thursday, April 6. The Colonels come into the test with a record of 5-2. Bourbon County lost 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Victor (Victor, NY)
