The Pahrump Valley Trojans baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Needles Mustangs to 3 in the Trojans non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Trojans (12-6) will now prepare for their match against Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Chargers go into the 3A South - Desert match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Clark edged Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV), 13-5, in a league match.

The Mustangs (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln County (Panaca, NV). The Lynx go into the 2A Southern match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Lincoln County was overwhelmed by Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV), 10-0, in a league match.
