April 5, 2023: Cayce, SC 29033 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC) and the host Brookland-Cayce Bearcats (Cayce, SC), saw Airport's soccer squad knock off Brookland-Cayce by a margin of 2-0.
The Eagles now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Augusta for a test on Tuesday, April 18. Airport will meet a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Brookland-Cayce drops to 0-5 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 18. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 4-1. Northside Christian Academy won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC)
