South Carolina High School Soccer - Mauldin knocks off Carolina Academy
April 5, 2023: Greenville, SC 29611 Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mavericks confront the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 7. Mauldin will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Silver Foxes enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Saluda (Saluda, SC).
The Trojans now have a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host Broome for a challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Carolina Academy will confront a Centurions team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Union County (Union, SC). The Centurions record now stands at 1-0.
