Mississippi High School Baseball - Kemper County loses to Southeast Lauderdale
April 5, 2024: Meridian, MS 39301 The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers crushed the visiting Kemper County Wildcats baseball team by a count of 18-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northeast Lauderdale for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. Southeast Lauderdale will face a Trojans team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 4-11.
Next, the Wildcats face the Columbus Falcons (Columbus, MS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 8. Kemper County will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 3-15 record after their 18-12 league loss to Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS).
