The Granby Comets softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Currituck County Knights to 1 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Granby improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Comets travel to Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA) to clash with the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Saturday, April 6. The Grizzlies come into the game with a record of 2-0.
