April 5, 2024: Buxton, ND 58218 In Friday's non-league contest, the Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros (Buxton, ND) softball team held off the visiting Valley City Hi-Liners (Valley City, ND), by a margin of 11-10.
With the triumph, Hillsboro/Central Valley moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The H-CV Burros host Enderlin (Enderlin, ND) to play the Eagles in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 9. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Hi-Liners play the West Fargo Packers (West Fargo, ND) in a Class A - East Region contest, on Monday, April 8. Valley City will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
