The Parklane Academy Pioneers triumphed over the host Amite School Center Rebels baseball squad by a score of 14-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Pioneers battle the Columbia Academy Cougars (Columbia, MS) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 15. Parklane Academy will attempt to advance on its 10-8 season record.

The Rebels (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Centreville Academy (Centreville, MS). The Tigers come into the MAIS 4A District 5 outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Centreville Academy toppled West Lincoln (Brookhaven, MS), 13-3, in a non-league outing.
