Illinois High School Baseball - Chicago University loses to Lincoln Park
April 5, 2025: Chicago, IL 60637 Lincoln Park Lions (Chicago, IL) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Chicago University Maroons (Chicago, IL), 21-6 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Lincoln Park advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) to battle the Dolphins in a Chicago Public - Jackie Robinson North match on Monday, April 7. The Dolphins come into the match with a record of 4-5. Whitney Young won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)
The Maroons now have a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Forest Academy for a Independent School match on Saturday, April 12.
