Ruskin Christian Warriors (Ruskin, FL) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lake Mary Prep Griffins (Lake Mary, FL), 12-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Ruskin Christian advances its record to 9-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Foundation Christian Academy (Valrico, FL) to battle the Panthers in a 1A District 9 match on Tuesday, April 8. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 12-3. Foundation Christian Academy lost 11-0 in their recent non-league match against St. Edward's (Vero Beach, FL)

The Griffins now have a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Circle Christian for a 1A District 7 match on Monday, April 7. Lake Mary Prep will battle a Centurions squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Crooms Academy (Sanford, FL). The Centurions record now stands at 4-12.
