With the triumph, Waterford moves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wolverines host Elkhorn (Elkhorn, WI) to battle the Elks in a Southern Lakes match on Tuesday, April 8. The Elks come into the match with a record of 1-0. Elkhorn won 18-7 in their recent non-league match against Big Foot (Walworth, WI)
The Tigers now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Croix Falls for a Heart O'North match on Friday, April 11. Northwestern will battle a Saints squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Osceola (Osceola, WI). The Saints record now stands at 2-0.
